I've painted those rocks so many times. I started this on location, but then finished it in the studio. It was an early cold spring day. The clouds kept on moving and hiding the sun away. I forgot my palette, so I used a flat rock instead!

First Entry

I'm trying out a new blog for my art. I have been using From the land of the cedars for my watercolors. But this will also include my oil paintings. I hope I could maintain it on a regular basis.

This is a self portrait in oil. It's on cradled birch.
